Promotion Chair

Furniture Design Promotion Chair by Yeak design Promotion is a dining chair made of North American black walnut. The design is inspired by the end grain of wood, the surface marked by tree rings. Small end grain squares are joined in order to form a pattern similar to a chessboard. A customized mortise and tenon structure keeps the frame stable while the shape remains simple. CNC engraving is used in production, and the surface is finished with wood wax oil. Sections cut at different angles create soft light and shade effects. The chair suits restaurants, homes and lounges.
